Thoughts, feelings and sensations are equally welcomed and talked about.

We mostly focus on the here-and-now

When past experiences, stories, and dreams about the future arise, we explore their relevance and impacts on you in the present moment.

We trust the process

This type of work is fluid and trusts the unfolding of the process.

Solving problems, setting and attaining goals, or achieving results are not the focus of the sessions although this may indeed happen.​​​​

I may be a good fit if you want:
  • Know yourself more fully and develop more self awareness (e.g. personal growth and values, relational awareness, mind / heart / body integration)
  • Explore temporary or long lasting life challenges (e.g. career and life transitions, stress and overwhelm.)
  • Have a sounding board and be actively witnessed in your process
  • Learn the foundations of Authentic Relating or have a space for more advanced practice
  • Practice mindful presence – be together with nowhere to go, and see what arises
I Am not A fit for:
  • Crisis or emergency situations
    I do not provide acute crisis intervention or emergency support.
  • Severe or complex mental health conditions
    Especially if requiring medical treatment or specialised care.
  • Standardised programs with quick fixes
    If you’re looking for protocol-driven therapy or step-by-step solutions, my style may feel too fluid and relational.
  • Mental health diagnostic (e.g. ADHD)
    I do not provide formal assessments or diagnostic reports. You need to see a registered psychologist for those.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Where

Sessions are online (Google Meet) with the option for in-person in Brunswick East.

When

Session are 55 minutes.

They are weekdays during business hours with limited availability Wednesday and Thursday evenings or Saturday mornings.

How much

The standard fee is $120.

We’re committed to accessibility and offer a sliding scale.
